Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? +
We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost? +
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown clearly during checkout before you complete your order. Any available free shipping offer will also be displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is usually 5–9 business days.
What is your order cut-off time? +
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time). Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Will I receive tracking information? +
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after handover to the carrier.
Do I have to pay customs duties? +
We currently ship within the United States only. For orders delivered within the United States, international customs duties are not expected.
Orders
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@heidioutlet.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Can I cancel my order? +
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
What should I do if my order is delayed? +
If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number. We will help check the shipment status and assist you with the next steps.
Returns & Refunds
How long can I return items? +
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition where applicable.
How do I request a return? +
Please contact us at info@heidioutlet.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.
Who pays for return shipping? +
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
When will I receive my refund? +
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? +
