Shipping policy
At Heidi Outlet, we process orders carefully and ship to customers within the United States. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping area, order cut-off time, tracking information, and customer support details.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes order verification, preparation, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday during our business hours: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM Eastern Time.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is typically 4–7 business days.
The total estimated delivery time, including order processing and shipping, is usually 5–9 business days.
Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping within the United States unless otherwise stated during checkout.
If any additional shipping option or charge applies, it will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow some time for the carrier tracking information to update after the shipment has been handed over.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high order volumes, address verification, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with checking the shipment status.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Heidi Outlet is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbors, or building management.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist you with the next steps.
