These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Heidi Outlet. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms listed below.

2. Products and Availability
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, images, colors, sizes, and availability. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or product photography.
Product availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The final order total, including any applicable taxes, shipping costs, discounts, or fees, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders if payment is not successfully authorized or if fraud prevention checks cannot be completed.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request. Order acceptance occurs once the order has been reviewed, processed, and prepared for shipment.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, preparation, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, during our business hours: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
6. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is typically 4–7 business days.
The total estimated delivery time, including order processing and shipping, is usually 5–9 business days.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed clearly during checkout before the order is completed.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high order volume, address verification, public holidays, or circumstances outside our direct control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with checking the shipment status.
9. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Heidi Outlet is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.
10. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@heidioutlet.com.
We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be completed once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers should review the Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
13. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbors, or building management.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can assist you with the next steps.
